But now Micromax is ready to be releasing Android 4.4 KitKat operating system update for some of the smartphones in the Canvas series soon. This is just Rumor, unless there is an official confirmation from Micromax.

Indian smartphone manufacturer Micromax has been playing a tough game when it comes to the best of the Android version devices in as much as affordable prices in the market. However, the game is not impartial about the hardware nowadays.

Few days back WickedLeak announced the Android 4.4 KitKat upgrade for Wammy Passion Z+ smartphone and we assume many more mobile manufacturers to roll out the KitKat update for their devices. The micromax is the 1st local manufacturer to rolled out with Android 4.4 updates for the Canvas Phones.
According to a leaked report, these Micromax smartphones are eligible for an Android 4.4 KitKat update in 2014: A100, A101, A110, A110Q, A111, A113, A114, A115, A116, A116i, A117, A200, A210, A240 and A250.
According to a report by regular Micromax leakster MMXNewscaster, The company will get the Android 4.4 updates for the Canvas phones in early 2014. You see that all the devices that are registered on the leaked document will not upgrade with Android 4.4 Kitkat update. Out of 15 smartphones, only 11 will be getting it. While the remaining will be getting 4.1 Jelly Bean as a replacement.

The news leaked by MMXNewscaster, a Twitter user, who posted the model numbers of the devices that would supposedly receive the updates. Android 4.4 KitKat takes all of Android’s most advanced, most beautiful, and most useful features to more devices universally.

Better Messaging App for smartphones.
