The display is boosted with multitouch technology. The BLU Neo 4.5 comes powered by Dual-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7 processor and Mali-400 graphics for making your gaming experience better along with 512 GB RAM. The device runs on Google’s Android v4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS.

In the camera section, BLU Neo 4.5 has 3.15 MP rear camera with LED flash and features Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection and capable to record 720p@30fps video recording. The device also has VGA front camera for face to face chat and self photography. In storage capacity, BLU Neo 4.5 has 4GB internal storage that can be expanded upto 64 GB through the microSD card slot.
