Gionee Elife S5.5 Now Launched in India:- Gionee Elife S5.5 is now launched in India and claimed as world’s slimmest smartphone just 5.5mm thick. The smartphone is made up of thin metal frame chassis and its slimness beating the previous record of Vivo X3 which was 5.75mm thick. The Gionee Elife S5.5 comes with decent specs such as powerful octa core processor, prominent RAM, better camera and much more. No doubt the features of this smartphone are impressive but the price and the look is also attractive.

Under the hood, Gionee Elife S5.5 houses MediaTek MT6592 chipset which is powered  by true octa true octa core processor clocked at 1.7GHz with Mali 450 GPU for make your gaming experience better. The smartphone is loaded with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage but no microSD card slot for further expansion. Gionee Elife S5.5 runs on company’s own Amigo 2.0 operating system based on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.

The display is outstanding with its magnificent pixel density and resolution that will deliver outstanding performance and terms of visual quality. On the imaging front, Gionee Elife S5.5 has 13 MP rear camera with autofocus and LED flash and features Geo-tagging, touch focus, face and smile detection and capable to record 1080p video. Front camera is of 5 MP with 95 degree ultra wide angle for face to face chat and self photography.
