The unofficial Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 specifications are out. According to its specs we can say the its not a upgraded version of previously launched phablet in the Doodle series, Canvas Doodle and Canvas Doodle 2. It’s a downgraded version of its successor because previous versions are powered by quad core processor but Doodle 3 neither quad core nor the octa core it’s a dual core. Only the display will be upgraded to 6 inch ahead of 5.3 or 5.7 inch but all other specs are diminished.

Following the specifications, Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 is powered by Mediatek 1.3 GHz Dual core processor with unknown graphics unit. The smartphone coupled with expected 512MB RAM and 4 GB inbuilt storage along with micro SD card support upto 32 GB. Software runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS, but users expect 2.3 jelly bean or 4.4 kitkat because the 4.2 version is more than one year old.

The screen size is upgraded to 6 inch high brightness capacitive touchscreen display supporting 854×480 (FWVGA) pixels resolution and 16M colors. This resolution is very low for this massive sized display. Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 sports 5 MP rear camera with Auto Focus and LED flash and capable to record HD video but the Canvas Doodle and Canvas Doodle 2 has 8 MP and 12 MP camera respectively . It also has 0.3 MP fixed focus front camera for video chat on Skype.
